Erin offers healthcare compliance and healthcare privacy compliance consulting services, as well as services as interim chief compliance officer. Erin also assists health care providers in the areas of health care and operational compliance and compliance program development, such as government investigations and corporate integrity agreements, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement procedures, billing compliance and claims.
Erin is certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) by the Compliance Certification Board (CCB) and a member of the Wyoming, Montana, Colorado and North Dakota Bar Associations.* Erin has served as the Chair of the Health Care Law Section of the Montana State Bar since 2008. Erin enjoys living and working in the Rocky Mountain Region, while serving clients throughout the region and elsewhere. Erin is a frequent speaker in areas of healthcare compliance and privacy compliance and related areas.
