Jackie helps healthcare clients navigate healthcare compliance, Board complaints, healthcare privacy and data security, healthcare fraud and abuse, medical malpractice, and public health law.
Prior to serving with Compliagent, Jackie worked for two decades as a state and federal lobbyist on behalf of various healthcare clients. Her strong background in legislative policy allows her to interpret new regulations and policies and put them in clear terms for clients. Jackie focuses on designing and implementing policies to ensure clients meet and exceed state and federal compliance requirements.
Jackie concentrated in healthcare law at Willamette University College of Law where she was the Chair of the Health Law and Policy organization and worked to expand the health law offerings at the law school.* She also completed American University College of Law’s Health Law and Policy Summer Institute. She is an active member of the American Bar Association Health Law Section and is Vice President of the Montana Healthcare Law Section of the Montana State Bar.
