Luci is an accomplished home health and hospice manager with demonstrated leadership and process management skills. Luci has twenty-nine years’ experience as a registered nurse, including over twenty-five years’ progressive home care and hospice management experience. Luci has broad experience in both clinical and operational compliance issues facing providers, including HIPAA, responding to government and payor initiated audits, maintaining accreditation, and clinical documentation and coding.
In recent years, Luci has provided interim leadership for home health, hospice, palliative care and medical home care programs for both small and large providers. Luci has a successful track record with helping providers achieve compliance with applicable federal, state and accreditation standards.
Luci’s strength is in her ability to champion change and lead teams toward sustained quality outcomes. She has a passion for educating healthcare providers. Luci communicates effectively with all levels of personnel and management to operationalize industry best practices.
Luci obtained her BSN from The University of Iowa and her MHA from A.T. Still University. She also has her certificate in Aging Studies and is licensed to practice in both California and Iowa.
Luci is a born and raised Iowan who is privileged to live in sunny California. She and her husband are the number one fans of their two adult sons who are successfully pursuing careers in the entertainment industry.
